One Tap Appointment Confirms With 
J-Confirm
    
        Purpose
        
        
            - Send an appointment confirmation in a text message.
 
            
                - Have your customer's simply tap a link to confirm their appointment.
 
                - Have the notification that they confirmed sent to your email inbox.
 
            
        
     
 
    
        General Workflow
        
        
            - Send a text message as usual but with the added J-Confirm link.
 
            
                - The customer will then get a text message like below.
 
            
            
            
            
            - When they tap it, it will take them to their browser in an image like below.
 
            
            
            
            - Based on that, your system will:
 
            
                - 1. Display on the open orders screen - the confirm column - titled: "CFM".
 
                
                    - "Y" marking that the appointment was confirmed.
 
                
                - 2. Display on the 'O' screen for the order that the order status is appointment
                    confirmed.
 
            
            - On the email address you set up you will see the new email received, notifying you that the appointment
                was confirmed.
